The Provider is sole proprietor Egor Andreevich Dolgov (TIN 781438746556, PSRNSP 319784700199740). The User is anyone using the reeel.dev site and the REEEL service.
The Provider grants access to the REEEL platform for building apps and sites in the .reeel format on these terms, for the length of the paid period.
Plans, prices, periods and included features are listed on the pricing page. Payment is in roubles, for the period in advance. Paid features unlock once the bank confirms the payment.
Payments are handled by a payment provider. There is no payment form on this site: you are taken to the bank's secure page, card details are entered there and never reach the Provider.
When a plan is bought over a live subscription, the platform recalculates the amount against the remaining period and shows it before payment. Exactly the shown amount is charged.
A subscription may renew automatically. Consent to recurring charges is given on the bank's page at payment time, as a separate tick; without it no card is stored for renewal.
Before payment you are shown the plan, the amount, the period and the date access runs to. Auto-renewal can be switched off at any time — see section 5.
You can cancel at any time, by yourself: in the account area at console.reeel.dev, under “Subscription”, the “Cancel subscription” button, or in the REEEL app under Settings → Subscription. No phone calls, letters or paper forms are required.
Cancelling switches auto-renewal off. Paid access lasts until the end of the paid period, after which the subscription moves to the free plan and nothing further is charged.
Until the paid period ends you can undo the cancellation with the “Resume” button, in the same place.
Within 14 calendar days of payment the Provider refunds it in full, provided that in that time you spent no credits and started no builds or publications.
After that, the Provider refunds the value of the unused whole days of the paid period, less the value of the credits spent.
To request a refund, write to support@reeel.dev from the address the account is registered to, naming the plan and the payment date. Requests are handled within 10 business days; the money is returned to the card that paid.
Credit packs are non-refundable: credits are added to the balance immediately and are spent as used.
Credits are the unit of payment for cloud generation. They come in one-off packs, do not expire and do not depend on the plan. Cancelling, downgrading or moving to the free plan does not affect the credit balance.
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy published at reeel.dev/privacy.
The Provider may change prices and these terms. A new revision is published on this page with its date and takes effect on publication; periods already paid for are governed by the revision in force on the payment date.
A paid period never becomes more expensive: a price change does not apply to it. The Provider gives at least 14 days' notice before a renewal is charged at a new price, and the subscription can be cancelled until then.
